Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the A160/A180 (Port of Immingham Improvement) Development Consent (Correction) Order 2015 and comes into force on 22nd April 2015.

Section 2 Citation, commencement and interpretation

In this Order, “the original Order” means the A160/A180 (Port of Immingham Improvement) Development Consent Order 2015.

Section 3 Corrections to the original Order

(1) The original Order is corrected as follows.

(2) For the erroneous text in article 38 (certification of plans, etc.) of the original Order, as identified in columns (1) and (2) of the Schedule (correction of article 38) to this Order, substitute the text in column (3).

(3) In Schedule 2 (requirements) to the original Order—

(a) in paragraph 3(1), after “CEMP” insert “for that part”;

(b) in paragraph 10(1), after “surveys” insert “for that part”;

(c) in paragraph 11(1), after “method statement” insert “for that part”;

(d) in paragraph 12(1)—

(i) after “No” insert “part of the”; and

(ii) after “construction” insert “of that part”; and

(e) in paragraph 14—

(i) for “The authorised development must not” substitute “No part of the authorised development is to”; and

(ii) for “as part of the scheme” substitute “for that part”.
