Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Yarmouth (Isle of Wight) Harbour Commissioners (Removal of Pilotage Functions) Order 2015.

(2) This Order comes into force on 1st March 2015.

Section 2Removal of pilotage functions

The Yarmouth (Isle of Wight) Harbour Commissioners are no longer a competent harbour authority for the purposes of the Pilotage Act 1987.
