Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 19th June 2015.

Section 2Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2012

Part 11 of Schedule 2 to the Wireless Telegraphy (Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2012 is amended by deleting in Column 2 the words “1452–1492 MHz ”, “3480–3500 MHz” and “3580–3600 MHz”.
