Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, apply to England only, and come into force on 10th June 2015.

Section 2 Amendment of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015

(1) Schedule 1 to the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015 is amended as follows.

(2) In Part 2, in column 2 of entry 18, after “Liquefied petroleum gas: 25” add the symbol “*”.

(3) In Part 4—

(a) in paragraph 5, in the definition of Q LX , before “Natural Gas (including liquefied natural gas)” insert “Liquefied petroleum gas and”;

(b) in paragraph 17(a), for “notes 14 and 15” in both places it appears, substitute “notes 15 and 16”; and

(c) in paragraph 17(b), for “note 13(a) and 14(a)”, substitute “note 14(a) and 15”.
