Section 1Citation and commencement
These Rules may be cited as the Family Court (Composition and Distribution of Business) (Amendment) Rules 2015 and come into force on 17th July 2015.

The Family Court (Composition and Distribution of Business) Rules 2014 are amended as follows.
Section 3Amendments to the Family Court (Composition and Distribution of Business) Rules 2014
In rule 16, in paragraph 5—
(a) in sub-paragraph (d), for “.” substitute “;”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (d), insert—
(e) Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003 which are made without notice.
