Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Homes and Communities Agency (Transfer of Property etc.) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 4th August 2015.

Section 2Specified public bodies for the purposes of section 53A of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008

The public bodies shown in the Schedule to these Regulations are specified for the purposes of section 53A (other property etc transfers to the HCA) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.
