Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Alteration of Coroner Areas) (No. 2) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st August 2015.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

“coroner area” means a coroner area constituted by the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Coroner Areas and Assistant Coroners) Transitional Order 2013 ;

“new coroner area” means the new coroner area resulting from the combining of the coroner areas as set out in Article 3.

Section 3 New coroner area

The coroner area of South and West Cambridgeshire, the coroner area of North and East Cambridgeshire and the coroner area of Peterborough are combined into the new coroner area of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
