Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Child Benefit (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 31st August 2015.

Section 2Amendment of the Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006

In regulation 1(3) (interpretation) of the Child Benefit (General) Regulations 2006 , in the definition of “approved training”—
(a) omit sub-paragraph (a); and
(b) in sub-paragraph (d), after “known as”, insert ““United Youth Pilot”,”.
