Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Trust Development Authority (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 5th October 2015.

Section 2Amendment of the National Health Service Trust Development Authority Regulations 2012

(1) The National Health Service Trust Development Authority Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.
(2) In the definition of “member” in regulation 1(2) (interpretation), omit “, (h)”.
(3) In regulation 3 (disqualification for appointment), omit paragraph (1)(h).
