Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st September 2015.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is revoked.
