Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 26th October 2015.

Section 2 Amendments to the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme Regulations 2014

(1) The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1(a)(ii) of Schedule 1, after “annual balance sheet total” insert “in excess”.

(3) In paragraph 12 of Schedule 2, omit sub-paragraph (b).

(4) In Schedule 4—

(a) in paragraph 6, after “28” insert “days”;

(b) in paragraph 12, omit “calendar”; and

(c) in paragraph 13, for “appeal body” substitute “Planning Appeals Commission”.
