Section 1Citation, commencement and effect

(1) This Order may be cited as the Insolvency Practitioners (Recognised Professional Bodies) (Revocation of Recognition) Order 2015 and comes into force on 18th January 2016.

(2) This Order has effect from 18th January 2016.
