Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2015.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2015

The following provisions of the Children and Families Act 2014 come into force on 1st April 2015—

(a) section 70(1), to the extent that it is not already in force;

(b) sections 70(2) to 75;

(c) sections 96 and 97;

(d) section 105;

(e) paragraphs 55 to 58 of Schedule 3.

Section 3 Provisions coming into force on 1st October 2015

Sections 91 to 95 of the Children and Families Act 2014 come into force on 1st October 2015, to the extent that they are not already in force.
