Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Smaller Authorities (Transparency Requirements) (England) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st April 2015.

Section 2 Requirement to publish information

(1) An authority to which the Code applies must publish the information specified in the Code in the manner and form and on the occasions specified in the Code.

(2) In this regulation, “the Code” means the “Transparency code for smaller authorities”, issued on 17th December 2014 by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government .
