Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2015 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Proscribed organisations
In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations) , after the entry for Jaysh al Khalifatu Islamiya (Army of the Islamic Caliphate) (Majahideen of the Caucasus and the Levant), insert the following entries—
Jund Al-Aqsa (Soldiers of Al-Aqsa)
Jund al Khalifa–Algeria (Soldiers of the Caliphate in Algeria)
