Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2015 and shall come into force on 6th April 2015.

(2) In this Order “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983 .

Section 2 Amendment to the principal Scheme

The schedules to the principal scheme are amended by substituting—

(a) the table in Schedule 1 for the table in Schedule 3 of the principal Scheme;

(b) the table in Schedule 2 for the table in Schedule 4 of the principal Scheme.
