Section 1 Citation, extent and commencement

This Order—

(a) may be cited as the Animal Health (Miscellaneous Revocations) (England and Wales) Order 2015;

(b) extends to England and Wales; and

(c) comes into force on 1st April 2015.

Section 2 Revocations

The following Orders are revoked—

(a) the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Packing Materials) Order of 1925 ;

(b) the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Packing Materials)(Amendment) Order of 1926 ;

(c) the Warble Fly (England and Wales) Order 1982 ;

(d) the Warble Fly (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1985 ;

(e) the Warble Fly (England and Wales) (Infected Areas) Order 1985 ;

(f) the Warble Fly (Ascertainment of Infestation) (England and Wales) Order 1985 ;

(g) the Warble Fly (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1987 ;

(h) the Warble Fly (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1989 .
