Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Designation of Receipts) (Amendment) Order 2015.
(2) This Order comes into force on 2nd April 2015.

Section 2Amendment of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Designation of Receipts) Order 2007
In article 2(2)(a) (designated receipts) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Designation of Receipts) Order 2007 —
(a) at the end of paragraph (iv) omit “and”,
(b) at the end of paragraph (v) insert “and”, and
(c) after paragraph (v) insert—
(vi) any settlement payment and any further payment made to the Welsh Ministers under section 132 or 133 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 ,
