Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2011 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2015.

Section 2Commencement of provision

Section 7 of the Pensions Act 2011 (timing of automatic re-enrolment) comes into force, in so far as it is not already in force, on 1st April 2015.
