Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Plant Health (Forestry) (Miscellaneous Revocations) (England) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st July 2015.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2 Revocation

The following Orders are revoked—

(a) the Watermark Disease (Local Authorities) Order 1974 ;

(b) the Increase of Fines (Plant Health) (Forestry) Order 1984 ; and

(c) the Watermark Disease (Local Authorities) (Amendment) Order 1992 .
