Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Brucellosis Incentive and Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-Capital Grant) Revocations (England) Scheme 2015comes into force on 1st July 2015.

(2) This Scheme applies to England only.

Section 2 Revocations

The following Schemes are revoked—

(a) the Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments Scheme 1972( );

(b) the Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments (Amendment) Scheme 1975 ;

(c) The Brucellosis Incentive Payments Scheme 1977 ; and

(d) The Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-capital Grant) Scheme 2001 .
