Section 1 Citation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Commencement) (England) Order 2015.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 27th May 2015

The following provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 come into force on 27th May 2015—

(a) Chapter 3 of Part 3, insofar as it is not already in force;

(b) section 77 and Schedule 5 insofar as they relate to Chapter 3 of Part 3; and

(c) Schedule 9.
