Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (Special Trustees) Amendment Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st April 2015.

Section 2Amendment of Act

(1) Schedule 2 to the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 Act is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of paragraph 24 (special trustees for a hospital) insert—
NOTE: This Act applies to special trustees for a hospital only if the trust of which they are trustees is not a charitable trust.
