Section 1Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Lifts (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 8th December 2016.

Section 2Amendment to the Lifts Regulations 2016

In regulation 3(2)(a) of the Lifts Regulations 2016 , for “on or after” substitute “before”.
