These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 2nd February 2016.

Section 2Permitted temporary activities: temporary event notice
(1) The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulations 2005 (“the 2005 Regulations ”) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For the form in Schedule 1 to the 2005 Regulations, substitute the form in the Schedule to these Regulations.
