Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Refund of Tax to the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation) Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st April 2016.

Section 2The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation

The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation, established by article 3 of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (Establishment) Order 2015 , is specified for the purposes of section 33 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.
