Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Exempt Charities Order 2016 and shall come into force on 13th April 2016.

Section 2

The British School of Osteopathy is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 2011.

Section 3

The Exempt Charities (No. 2) Order 2015 is hereby revoked.
