Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into force on 31st May 2016.

Section 2Amendment of Order

The Town and Country Planning (Operation Stack) Special Development Order 2015 is amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of Order

In article 3 (temporary planning permission), in paragraph (2) for “on 1st June 2016” substitute “at the end of 31st December 2017”.

Section 4Amendment of Order

In article 4 (conditions and limitations), in paragraph (3) for “1st June 2016” substitute “31st December 2017”.
