Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Onshore Wind Generating Stations (Exemption) (England and Wales) (Revocation) Order 2016 and comes into force on 12th July 2016.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.

Section 2Revocation of the Onshore Wind Generating Stations (Exemption) (England and Wales) Order 2016 and the Onshore Wind Generating Stations (Exemption) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016

The Onshore Wind Generating Stations (Exemption) (England and Wales) Order 2016 is revoked.

Section 3Revocation of the Onshore Wind Generating Stations (Exemption) (England and Wales) Order 2016 and the Onshore Wind Generating Stations (Exemption) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016

The Onshore Wind Generating Stations (Exemption) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 is revoked.
