Section 1
This Order may be cited as the A5036 Trunk Road (Switch Island West Curve) (Detrunking) Order 2016 and shall come into force on 7th July 2016.

The A5036 Trunk Road (Switch Island West Curve) (Detrunking) Order 2016
Section 2
In this Order –
(a) “principal road” as a classification for a highway, means that the highway is a principal road for the purposes of enactments and instruments which refer to highways classified as principal roads and is also classified for the purpose of every other enactment and instrument which refers to highways classified by the Secretary of State; and
(b) “the trunk road” means the A5036 Dunnings Bridge Road Trunk Road (Switch Island West Curve).
Section 3
The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a principal road from the 7th July 2016.
