Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Companies (Disclosure of Information) (Specified Persons) Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st October 2016.

The Companies (Disclosure of Information) (Specified Persons) Order 2016
Section 2Addition of specified persons to Schedule 15C to the Companies Act 1985
Schedule 15C (specified persons) to the Companies Act 1985 is amended as follows—
(a) after paragraph 3 insert—
(3A) The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
(b) after paragraph 6 insert—
(6A) The Director of the Serious Fraud Office.
(c) after paragraph 7B insert—
(7C) The registrar of companies.
(7D) The Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority.
