Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Directions (Designation of Harbour Authorities) (Amendment) Order 2016.

(2) This Order comes into force on 1st October 2016.

Section 2 Amendment

(1) The Harbour Directions (Designation of Harbour Authorities) Order 2015 is amended as follows.

(2) For paragraph 9 of the Schedule substitute–

(9) Mostyn Docks Harbour, being the area described in article 4 (limits of jurisdiction) of the Mostyn Docks Harbour Empowerment Order 1988 and extended by the addition of the area described in articles 3(1)(a) and 3(1)(b) (extension of area of jurisdiction) of the Mostyn Docks Harbour Revision Order 2016 .
