Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Environment Act 1995 (Commencement No. 25) Order 2017.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force

The following provisions of the Environment Act 1995 come into force on 1st January 2018—

(a) section 116 (application of certain other enactments to the Crown) so far as it relates to the provisions set out in paragraph (b);

(b) paragraph 2 of Schedule 21 (application of certain enactments to the Crown) so far as not already in force.
