Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2017.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 30th November 2017.
(3) These Regulations have effect only in relation to an order granting development consent made on or after 30th November 2017.

Section 2Amendments to the Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) Regulations 2010

(1) Schedule 1 to the Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) Regulations 2010 is amended as follows.
(2) In Form A, in the fourth paragraph—
(a) for “during” substitute “before the end of”; and
(b) after “beginning with” insert “the day after”.
