Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Amendment) (No. 2) (England, Wales and Scotland) Order 2017 and comes into force on the 27th November 2017.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

Section 2Amendment to the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (England, Wales and Scotland) Order 2015

(1) The Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (England, Wales and Scotland) Order 2015 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(a) of Part 1 of the Schedule after “Methylnaphthidate (HDMP-28)” insert—
N -methyl-1-(thiophen-2-yl)propan-2-amine (methiopropamine or MPA)
