Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Cultural Test (Television Programmes) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 15th December 2017.

Section 2Amendment to the Cultural Test (Television Programmes) Regulations 2013

For the table in Schedule 1 to the Cultural Test (Television Programmes) Regulations 2013 , substitute the following—

The Cultural Test (Television Programmes) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2015 are revoked.
