Section 1Citation, commencement, extent and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries and Rural Affairs (Miscellaneous Revocations) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 1st January 2018.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales only.
(3) Regulation 3 applies to England only.

Section 2Revocation of the Seal Fisheries (North Pacific) Act 1912 (Amendment) Regulations 1996

The Seal Fisheries (North Pacific) Act 1912 (Amendment) Regulations 1996 are revoked.

Section 3Revocation of the Agricultural Wages (Abolition of Permits to Incapacitated Persons) Regulations 2004

The Agricultural Wages (Abolition of Permits to Incapacitated Persons) Regulations 2004 are revoked.
