Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Awards) (Richmond The American International University in London) Order 2017 and comes into force on 31st December 2017.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England .

Section 2Designation of Awards

Any award granted or to be granted before 31st December 2018 by Richmond The American International University in London is designated as a recognised award for the purposes of section 214 of the Education Reform Act 1988.

Section 3Revocation

The Education (Recognised Awards) (Richmond The American International University in London) Order 2016 is revoked.
