Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the African Development Fund (Multilateral Debt Relief Initiative) (Amendment) Order 2017 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment to the 2006 Order

In article 3 of the African Development Fund (Multilateral Debt Relief Initiative) Order 2006 for “£262.2 million” substitute “£329.03 million” .
