Section 2Citation and interpretation
In these Regulations “the Act” means the National Citizen Service Act 2017.
Section 3Provisions coming into force on 13th December 2017
The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 13th December 2017—
(a) Schedule 1 and section 2 (transfer schemes);
(b) paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 and section 11 (consequential amendments), so far as it relates to that paragraph.
