Section 1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Digital Economy Act 2017 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2017.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 28th December 2017

The following provisions of the Digital Economy Act 2017 come into force on 28th December 2017—

(a) section 4 (the electronic communications code) in so far as not already in force;

(b) Schedule 1 (the electronic communications code), in so far as not already in force;

(c) Schedule 2 (the electronic communications code: transitional provision);

(d) Schedule 3 (electronic communications code: consequential amendments), in so far as not already in force.
