Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on 6th April 2017.

Section 2Amendment of the Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981

In Article 14(3)(b) of the Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 (stay of enforcement in cases of insolvency) after subparagraph (v) add—

(vi) an application will be made to the court for a postal administration order under Part 4 of the Postal Services Act 2011.
