Section 1Citation, commencement and application
(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Blight Provisions) (England) Order 2017 and comes into force on 21st April 2017.
(2) This Order applies to England.

Section 2Limit of annual value
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the amount prescribed for the purposes of section 149(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 is £36,000.
(2) In Greater London the amount prescribed for the purposes of section 149(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 is £44,200.
(3) In this article “Greater London” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the London Government Act 1963 .
Section 3Revocation
The Town and Country Planning (Blight Provisions) (England) Order 2010 is revoked.
