Section 1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Education and Adoption Act 2016 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2017.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 11th January 2017

The following provisions of the Education and Adoption Act 2016 come into force on 11th January 2017:

(a) section 1 (coasting schools) for all remaining purposes;

(b) section 16 (consequential repeals) so far as it repeals provisions of the Apprenticeship, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 and the Education Act 2011 .
