Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Specified Agreement on Driving Disqualifications Regulations 2017 and come into force on the 22nd day after the day on which they are made.

The Agreement on the Mutual Recognition of Driving Disqualifications between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Ireland made on 30th October 2015 is specified for the purposes of Chapter 1 of Part 3 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003.
