Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme and Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 31st July 2017.

Section 3 Amendment of regulation 8 (certification requirements) of the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2014

(1) The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2014 are amended as follows—

(2) In regulation 8(2)(a)(ii)—

(a) after sub-paragraph (bb) omit “or”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (cc) insert—
