Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Designation Orders) (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 and come into force on exit day.

Section 2 Revocations

(1) The Orders set out in the Schedule (which are Orders designating Ministers and departments under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 ) are revoked, so far as not already revoked.

(2) Article 6 of the Transfer of Functions (Equality) Order 2007 is revoked .
