Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 9 Restrictions on Disclosure of Information) (Specification) Order 2018 and comes into force on 6th April 2018.

Section 2Specified subordinate legislation

The following Regulations are specified for the purposes of section 241(3)(c) of the Enterprise Act 2002—
(a) the Electricity and Gas (Market Integrity and Transparency) (Enforcement etc. ) Regulations 2013 ; and
(b) the Electricity and Gas (Market Integrity and Transparency) (Criminal Sanctions) Regulations 2015 .
