Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Coroners Allowances, Fees and Expenses (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 1st December 2018.

Section 2 Amendment to the Coroners Allowances, Fees and Expenses Regulations 2013

In regulation 17(1) (indemnity) of the Coroners Allowances, Fees and Expenses Regulations 2013 , for sub-paragraph (c), substitute—

(c) damages awarded against the coroner, or costs ordered to be paid by the coroner, in such proceedings;
