The Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (Commencement No.16) Order 2018
Section 2Appointed Day
Section 27 of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (which prevents a non-resident parent from having a United Kingdom passport) comes into force on—
(a) the day after the day on which this Order is made for the purpose of making regulations; and
(b) 14th December 2018 for all other purposes.
